Triangular room for double panorama

The design study by Frenchman Vincent Coste for a house with a pool in Toulon is particular for the triangular shape of the plot of land where it is built, between the bay of Sanary and one of the first cities of the French Riviera.
The living area
In contrast with the rich colors of the landscape, white / black is the constant play of colors inside the house, is shown here with two armchairs Wink by Toshiyuki Kita produced by Cassina since 1980.
As in all areas of the home, the kitchen is generous openings and views to minimize the feeling of being inside. Continues outside, equipped with another hob and a service plan. Clean and tighten up the kitchen is cut to size to be functional. The study of Vincent Coste often draws the furniture for the principals to give stylistic coherence to the entire house, choosing and combining pieces of modern and contemporary design. Here the stool by Harry Bertoia was born in 1952 in the series still produced by Knoll.
No exception to the rule of the opening to the outside landscape even the bedroom ‘summer’ manor, cropped on the side of the terrace. Just a step away from the pool romm has windows on the front and back of the house. To offer a view without interruptions, social spaces are oriented so as to enjoy the dual view. The glass is spreading almost continuously for 35 meters, is punctuated by spikes of different triangles, data from cutting rooms, which also create self-views on the terrace. On the terrace, which creates a buffer zone between the inside and the outside, the living area is extended with long glass walls giving a prismatic effect, architectural and visual.
The bathroom has no walls, or rather has not closed walls to the eye. In every place in the house you feel at the same time s being in the garden.
