The penthouse of Arran Patel signed by the architect Thomas Griem is located within the St. Pancras Chambers building in late Gothic style built in 1868 by Sir George Gilbert Scott.
At the first floor Elan sofa design by Jasper Morrison for Cappellini.Tavolino Lily by Matteo Ragni for Poltrona Frau. In the dining area , lit by a large window , the table and chairs are by Poliform . A suspension you can see is the chandelier Crown Jehs & Laub for Nemo . Some paintings on the walls are part of the owner’s private collection .

From the first floor – kitchen with island – leads to the second level , where the living area is divided between a relaxation area , with furniture by Poltrona Frau , Knoll and Lema and pool table, a passion of the owner.
The flooring throughout the penthouse – an elegant parquet light color – is Schotten and Hansen. The kitchen island , bar area with stools and La Palma for informal snacks and appetizers , is Gemini . Gaggenau appliances are the last generation .
The guest room : small , but very cozy , is flanked by a study corner with the Masters chair by Philippe Starck for Kartell and Eugeni Quitllet and reading lamp Tab by Edward Barber & Jay Osgerby for Flos .
